BOOT CAMP IS FOR ALL AGES & FITNESS LEVELS!YOU DON'T NEED TO STRESS ABOUT NOT BEING FIT BEFORE YOU GET TO US. THAT'S WHAT WE'RE HERE FOR. WE WILL NEVER ASK YOU TO DO SOMETHING THAT WE PERCEIVE IS OUT OF YOU PHYSICAL LIMITATIONS & WE OFFER MODIFICATION WHEN NEEDED.
